Care for Philodendron Burle Marx Variegated
Burle Marx Variegated grows in clumps, and needs brighter light than the normal Burle Marx to continue growing their variegation. It can take some direct morning sunlight but not more than 2 hours per day as too much sun will scorch the variegation on the leaves. Quite hardy for a philodendron, it grows in clumps and can be used as ground cover or alternatively it will also climb if planted against a totem or tree trunk. Let it dry out a bit between waterings. Water when the top 3 cm of soil are dry to touch. Fertilize when new leaves are growing.
